The shipping fee will be 1,000 yen (tax included) nationwide.
If the purchase amount is 30,000 yen or more, we will deliver it free of charge.
Overseas shipping will be charged 3,000 yen (tax included).

・About delivery

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after confirming your order. However, if you specify a delivery date and time, we will ship according to the specified delivery date and time.

Shipping may be delayed due to a large number of orders or due to shipping work.

・Changes to the delivery address and date after confirming the order

Even after your order has been confirmed, we will accept changes to the delivery address and specified date and time if time permits. In that case, please contact us from the inquiry form .

Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. Please note.

·gift wrapping

We do not provide wrapping services or shipping services as gifts, such as removing items whose price is known.
Although it is possible to specify the delivery address, we will include a delivery note with the amount stated when the product is delivered.

・Long-term absence/refusal to receive

It is the customer's responsibility to receive the product sent.
*Kuroneko Yamato's product storage period is about one week from the date of shipment.
*Items once shipped cannot be forwarded to another address.

In the unlikely event that you cannot receive it within the storage period and it is returned, you will be charged for the necessary expenses such as the round-trip shipping fee and packing material fee.

Please note that the transfer fee associated with payment will be borne by the customer.

In addition, if the transfer to the designated account cannot be confirmed within the deadline, it will be judged as a malicious case and legal procedures will be taken.

If the customer refuses to receive the ordered product due to personal reasons or is unable to receive the ordered product due to long-term absence, we will inevitably restrict the use of this site.

・Cancellation and change of order

We are very sorry, but it is not possible to cancel or change an order after it has been completed.
In addition, we only accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions.
