・About canceling products

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience.
If the product you purchased is defective or incomplete, we will accept returns or exchanges.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product .


Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply:

- Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
・Products that have already been used by customers
・Items that are damaged, soiled, wrinkled, or have an odor (including perfume)
・If the product or packaging is significantly different from when it was delivered
・If the delivery note or product tag is lost

*We will cover the shipping costs for the return. Please return the item cash on delivery.
*If there is no stock available for exchange, we will refund your money. Thank you for your understanding.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased outside our online store. Please contact the store directly.

・Size exchange

For products purchased from our online store , size exchanges are possible within 7 days of receiving the product, but only if the replacement item is in stock.

*Please note that shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.


We will not be able to assist you if the following applies:

- Products that have already been used, washed, or altered by the customer

・If the product or packaging is significantly different from when it was delivered
・If the delivery note or product tag is lost

・About repairs

We do not accept repairs for scratches, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
Furthermore, we cannot repair products that have been used even once.

In the unlikely event that the product is faulty and you would like it repaired, we will check whether it is possible to repair it.

Repairs will take approximately one month from the time we receive the product. Please note that we may not be able to repair the product depending on the condition of the product.


*Depending on the condition of the product, repairs may take more than a month.
*We will repair the product using the best possible method, but we cannot guarantee that the repaired product will be of the same quality as a new product. Please be aware of this in advance.
*If you decide to have the product repaired at a repair shop, we will not be responsible for any costs associated with the repair.
