Shipping costs are 1,000 yen (tax included) nationwide.
If your purchase amount is over 30,000 yen, we will deliver it to you free of charge.
・About delivery
Products will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed. However, if you specify a delivery date and time, we will ship the product on that date and time.
Shipping may be delayed if there is a large number of orders or due to shipping procedures.
Please be aware of this in advance.
Even after your order has been completed, we may be forced to cancel your order if we are unable to provide the ordered items due to product defects or other reasons.
We appreciate your understanding.
Delivery may be delayed due to shipping and traffic conditions during the carrier's busy season, the year-end and New Year holidays, and inclement weather.

- Changing the delivery address or date and time after your order has been confirmed
Even after your order has been confirmed, we will accept changes to the delivery address and designated date and time if time permits. In that case, please contact us via the Inquiry form .
Please note that changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
·gift wrapping
We do not provide gift wrapping services or services to remove any indications of value.
You can specify the delivery address, but a delivery note with the amount listed will be included with the product when it is delivered.
・Long-term absence/refusal to receive
It is your responsibility to receive any products that we send to you.
*The product storage period at Yamato Transport is approximately one week from the date of shipment.
*Once shipped, the item cannot be redirected to another address.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to collect your package within the storage period and it is returned to us, we will charge you for the necessary costs, including round-trip shipping costs and packaging materials.
Please note that any bank transfer fees associated with payment will be borne by the customer.
Furthermore, if we are unable to confirm the transfer to the specified account within the deadline, we will consider it a malicious case and take legal action.
If you are unable to receive your ordered items due to refusal to accept them for personal reasons or due to an extended absence, we will be forced to restrict your use of this website.

・About canceling or changing your order
We apologize, but orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been completed.
In addition, returns and exchanges are only available under certain conditions.
